At least 15 people died in heavy snowfall in Afghanistan
Heavy snowfall has started across Afghanistan. Roads and roofs of houses are covered with snow in different provinces of the country. At least 15 people died in the avalanche.
The snow has completely blocked roads in many places. Supply of food and other essential items has been strained due to the loss of communication. Afghan citizens in extreme suffering.
In many places, the door of the house is stuck due to snow. So many people have taken to shoveling snow themselves. At least 10,000 cattle are reported to have died in Balkh and Faryab provinces due to lack of food and severe cold.
