Brazil wants to give beef to Bangladesh for 495 taka

  Brazil wants to sell beef to Bangladesh at Tk 465 per kg. Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira is coming to Bangladesh on April 7-8. During the visit, he will discuss various business issues, including beef imports from Brazil. According to sources, Brazilian Ambassador Paulo Fernando Dias Ferres held a meeting with Foreign Secretary Masood Bin Momen ahead of the visit of the Brazilian Foreign Minister. At this time, he discussed the issue of beef export. Brazil exports beef to 126 countries in 2023. The country has been showing interest in exporting beef to Bangladesh for the past few years. In this case, Brazil wants to pay four and a half US dollars per kilogram of beef to Bangladesh, i.e. 495 taka. A modern road is being made for tourists in Paharpur Buddhvihar Naogaon's Paharpur Buddhist Vihar, the largest historical monument of South Asia recognized by UNESCO, is about to enter a new era through modern roads.   Another land port is coming up at Sabrum in Tripura on the India-Bangladesh border If all goes well, a state-of-the-art ICP or Integrated Checkpost is going to be inaugurated on the border of India and Bangladesh on February 24 (Saturday) at Sabrum in Tripura.  Top government officials in Delhi hinted to the Bengali Tribune that the two Prime Ministers of India and Bangladesh, Narendra Modi and Sheikh Hasina, will attend the inauguration ceremony virtually that morning. Under one roof of ICP, there are all kinds of arrangements from customs, immigration to container transshipment, warehouse, etc.,  so that trade and movement between the two countries can be possible. The launch of this 'ICP' means the commencement of another modern land port between India and Bangladesh at the border town of Sabroom.  At the moment, the largest ICP between the two countries is on the Petrapol-Benapol border.
